夏天,怎么能少了杨梅酒
空调房里,喝着自己做的杨梅酒,跟三五好友说说笑笑,美哉!
取材制作
大颗熟透的杨梅取蒂
用盐水浸泡半小时 晾干水分
准备老冰糖 广口瓶 白酒(作死的我第一次居然用了50度的白酒)
一层梅子一层糖 最后浇上白酒 酒淹过杨梅
封口 丢入冰箱等待2个周(其实才第四日我就已经偷偷尝过了~哈哈哈哈)
