設計師Michelle Maguire和攝影師Kelsey McClellan共同創作的這個系列，創作靈感來自於缺乏條件坐在餐桌旁的食客：一個通勤的人，在擁擠的公共汽車上，從袋子或口袋裏取出物品；一個坐在公園長凳上的午休者，從她的大腿上吃東西。就飲食而言，它們是非正式的、甚至有些尷尬的用餐空間，但食客們總是對他們選擇的幾乎像禪宗的進食方式，感到舒適和滿意。
