前段时间有关body shame 与 body positivity的热议
让我感触颇深，想起幼小因体型遭到了诸多蜚语
花了钱去锻炼拉伸全都无济于事
直到开始拒绝身材羞辱，尊重自己
接受一切的不完美，努力改变就好
健康的身体才是追求美的前提啊
希望热爱锻炼这件事能成为我一生的坚持✊
