外观的融贯性使得人通过观看阅读实现经验记忆的共享成为可能。对上海的记忆正是构筑于影像、书籍、游戏之上。而今遵循着想象曾走过的路，伫立在那些遥远事件发生的同一地点，作为一个陌生人看着眼前这一片片不久将被拆毁、不留下一丝痕迹的建筑物。
狭窄逼仄的小道、不会被开启的门、不再点亮的灯、浸染黑色污秽物的墙、无人搭理的植物、没人会照的镜子，无数被丢弃的日用品，在明晃晃的光照射下，记忆之中的画面逐步显影、沉淀、实质化，其外观逐渐和自己切实经历过的物体化为一体，人们将之丢弃在原地，它们却从不曾真正离去。眼前陌生人的面孔竟如此熟悉，究竟是真实的存在还是意识的虚拟产物？旋转不止的轮回让郁达夫也再次站立在这街道之上，而我已经成为了小孩眼中的大人模样。
阳光晒在皮肤上发烫的体感、空气中酿造着的气氛、这猥琐杂乱而又稚拙的感觉，是在几十年前便进入了我的骨血，完全参与了对我的塑造。
天逐渐暗了，这街道如海侵发生那般相互挤压着、封闭的空间愈发变得局促起来，摩擦发出着的令人生理厌恶的气味在这容器之中不断发酵。在享受着穿梭于时间的快感同时身体却不断想要逃离。
人类可以感知时间并许诺某个瞬间以过去及未来。时间在这被遗弃的“无意识”领域变得黏稠、不再流动。所有照片瞬间的拍摄时间累积不过一秒钟，就在这一秒钟之间，蕴藏着无法言说的巨大力量。
