Kate Barry（1967-2013），英國女時尚攝影師，以拍攝名人的黑白肖像攝影著稱，她獨到的拍攝風格讓她鏡頭下的人物顯得感性純真。Kate 成長於一個有名望的神秘家庭。母親Jane Birkin也是有名的演員兼歌手，父親則是英國著名作曲家John Barry,以影片《007》系列配樂著稱。她出生後不久父母離異，Kate跟隨母親移居法國，由繼父Serge Gainsbourg撫養，他是法國最著名的歌手、作曲家之一。同時,Kate還有兩個同母異父的妹妹：英國著名演員Charlotte Gainsbourg及法國模特、歌手Lou Doillon。她曾說：“我因為家庭而出名——母親、繼父、父親、姐妹們……而現在,我希望人們能從作品中認識我。”
