自拍，是我对自己的凝望。
生活里的我，内向社恐，逃避现实，甚至不敢直视别人的眼睛。
只有在拿起相机的时候，我好像找到了自己存在的合理性。拍照的这十年里，创作也好，自拍也好，摄影带给我的，早已不是单纯的兴奋快乐和满足，而更多是一种自洽和安全感。那束让你有按下快门冲动的光，是来自自己心底。
自拍是一个漫长的过程，凝视相机里或底片上的自己，像是融合，又像是抽离。能静下心来自拍，也是一个很享受的过程。
